APOLOGIES!!! As far as I am aware, the INGREDIENTS to avoid are lactose itself,whey, milk- non-fat, low-fat, or any type of COW'S milk for that matter. I mention cow's milk because milk derived from any other animal is not a problem. So EAT THAT GOAT CHEESE! In fact many common cheeses, such as Cheddar, Swiss, Muenster, Monterey Jack, Parmesian & Mozzerella (Again, THANK GOD!!) contain no lactose, because the cultures used to produce the cheese destroy the lactose. Further in fact, Kraft products will TELL YOU if that product contains no lactose, if you will look just beneath the nutrition info label. YAY, KRAFT !!!! more............
